Hello I just installed the latest version and console looks great. I recently built a Softrock 40 version 6.0 kit thats been tested and working on Rocky and PowerSDR. I am using a Delta44 sound card. PC is a Dell with a Xeon 2.4 Mhz processor running XP prof svc pk 3.
Here is what I see.:
Using local computer and delta44, radio will not start. If I go on the web I can start KC7IGT (Miguel) softrock at 96khz sampling no problem, but I have no sound. I then close that and go back to local pc, start radio and my softrock appears with lots of signals, only it shows panadapter at 48 rather than 96, and still no sound out of the speakes here. Also, Panadaptor is not centered on 7.056 Mhz. I dont see a way to set the softrock local osc frequency on the console.
These are my observations, I realize its a work in progress. Im looking forward to future versions.
Many Thanks

Richard,
I am sure Simon will weigh in on some of this but I can answer one question. SDR-radio, at least so far does not support tuning of the Softrock LO. The next or maybe second to next verersion is suppose to address this. In the interim you can tune it using the CFGSR.exe utility program. It is kind of awkward and the SDR console will not display the actual frequency but it works. You basically change the LO with CFGSR and then tune around the spectrum width with SDR-radio's tuning.
Doug
Many Thanks Doug, I'll give that a try

Thanks, yes I'll do that.
