Will the Chinese remote rx be back or is it gone for good?

OK, I thought that only the loudspeaker icon would disappear in that case and not the whole entry.
The entry only appears if the owner has his remote server running in which case it sends a message to the Website announcing its availability.
If the owner is away or using his station or just decides not to turn the server on then no message is sent
