Hello Simon,

I have received the signals from the NOAA weather satellite with the 1E version very well with the KTH-SDR I&Q receiver.

Bud more FM demodulation bandwidth is needed.

If it is posible to make the FM bandwitdh adjustible to 40 KHz for FM demodulation the picture data can be stored as a WAV file for prossessing.

It will be a great advantage.

Regards; Joris PE1KTH

Hello Simon,

On FM demodulation i saw that the LF filterpasband drop from aprox zero KHz till 4 KHz.

On SSB the curve is aprox square and have a flat top.

For demodulation of APT satellite pictures the the 40 KHz bandwitdh filter may not drop gradually.

Is it posible to make the top of the filter also flat in de FM mode with steep skits like in SSB so not disturb the 2400 subcarrier ?

See the APT bandpass figure.

The 19e we have a introduction/demo of the KTH-SDR receiver and your fine console with the Dutch Work group Kunstmaan.

The are very interested in the SDR-RADIO.com console. It is a new way of APT receiving....
