When assisting the support team it always helps if you can supply a screenshot. 

Console

Select Screen Capture from the ribbon bar menu.

In fact anywhere you see the small camera icon you can take a screenshot. Screnshots are saved in the SDR-RADIO.com folder in the default pictures folder, for example: C:\Users\Simon\Pictures\SDR-RADIO.com .

Simply attach the screenshot to any e-mail sent the support team.

Server

Select Screen Capture from the File menu and follow the Console instructions. (Requires build 912 or higher.)

You can send screenshots as attachments with any modern e-mail program. To send to the Yahoo! group you must first register here.

Here's an e-mail example with Outlook 2010.

Do not let your e-mail program resize the image otherwise important detail will be lost!
