As any program evolves it can become more complex; not every user needs all the available options. To reduce the complexity use Account Profiles. 

Note: Windows users with administrator privilege always have access to the Account Profiles option. 

From the Tools tab in the ribbon bar select Profile Manager (or Select Profile Manager in the Program Options).

The entries in the Account Profile window below correspond to entries in the ribbon bar (at the top of the console). The password is optional, check No password if you do not want a password for the profile.
