To help diagnose problems:

• Check the FAQ
• Include the logfile and screenshot as appropriate in forum postings.

To save the logfile:

• Select the Logfile tab in the ribbon bar at the top of the console.
• Click View As Text.
• Save to a file from the text viewer (this is usually Notepad).

To take a screenshot:

• Click Screen Capture in the main ribbon bar menu.
• From the Tools tab in the ribbon bar select Browse Screen Captures and find the most recent file.
